1. Product characteristics:
(1) This product is a simple and fast experimental equipment. It is mainly used for the reaction of small amount of materials. According to the different proportion of materials loaded by users and reaction time, it can realize many kinds of reactions at one time. It can help users obtain the expected experimental data in a short time.
(2) Because of its small volume, it is difficult to add conventional agitation. The product is equipped with a rotating shaft and a motor on the box body of the thermostat. The motor is controlled by a frequency converter. The pressure elastic can be fixed on the rotating shaft by the clamp ring, so that the stirring function can be realized by the original static reaction and the reaction effect can be effectively promoted.

3. Product classification:
The product design pressure is 3 Mpa.
There are two classifications of service temperature according to the inner lining of pressure capacitive projectile.
(1) If PTFE and F4 linings are loaded, the temperature will be less than 160 C and the working temperature will be 160 C for a long time.

(2) If the para-polyphenyl lining is loaded, the temperature will be less than 250 C and the working temperature will be 250 C for a long time.

4. Notes for use:
(1) Loading the top wire first, tightening the kettle body and cover with a wrench, and then tightening the top wire;
(2) When disassembling, the top wire should be loosened first, and the body and cover of the kettle should be unscrewed.
